Spyros Filiotis has many years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. He is Vice President and General Manager of Pharmaserve – Lilly SACI and a member of the board of the Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (SFEE).
He started his career in Pharmaceuticals in 1997 at Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis and continued at Eli Lilly Spain. In 2001, after completing his military service, he joined Pharmaserve – Lilly as a pharmaceutical sales representative. He has also held the positions of Territorial Operations Manager, Corporate & Public Affairs Director. In 2008, he moved back to Indianapolis and joined the Diabetes Marketing team at Eli Lilly and Company. After a few months in the USA, he was appointed as Pharmaceutical Operations Director of Eli Lilly Denmark. Since January 2010, he has held the position of Vice President & General Manager at Pharmaserve – Lilly SACI.
Previous positions he has held include Vice President and Head of Clinical Research and Deputy Vice President of Health Technologies Assessment and Negotiation of the Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies of Greece (SFEE), Treasurer of the Pharmaceutical Innovation Forum (PIF) and member of the Pharmaceutical Spending Monitoring Committee.
